Terms of use
By using StatementKit you agree to these terms. They are written to be read, so please do.
What the tools are
The statement converter makes a working spreadsheet copy of a bank statement you already have. The invoice maker helps you lay out your own invoices and quotations. Both run in your browser.
Accuracy
- Conversion is automatic and can be wrong. The balance check and the confidence badge are there to show problems, but they can't catch everything. Always compare the result with your original statement before using it for tax filing, loans, audits or any decision.
- A converted file is not an official bank document and must not be presented as one.
- The invoice maker does not give tax advice. You are responsible for the rates, codes and details on your invoices and for meeting GST or other tax rules. Check the official rules or ask your accountant.
Acceptable use
- Use the converter only on statements you are entitled to use.
- Don't use the invoice maker to imitate another business, or to create false or misleading documents.
- Don't try to disrupt the site.
Price
Both tools are free while in beta. Nothing is sold on this site and no payment details are ever asked for. If paid options are added later, these terms will be updated before any payment is taken, and the free tools will say clearly what changed.
No warranty
The tools are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from their use, including errors in converted data or invoices.
Bank names
StatementKit is not affiliated with or endorsed by any bank. Bank names appear only to describe which statement layouts the converter understands.
