Bank statement to Excel, and free invoices, in your browser
Two practical tools for people who keep accounts: one turns a bank statement PDF into a spreadsheet and checks every row against the balance, the other makes clean invoices, GST tax invoices and quotations. Both run entirely on your own device.
Bank statement to Excel / CSV
Open a text-based PDF statement, see each transaction checked against the running balance, and download Excel or CSV. Works with password-protected PDFs.
Convert a statementInvoice and quotation maker
Make an invoice or quotation in any currency, or a GST tax invoice with the CGST/SGST or IGST split, and download a PDF. No signup.
Make an invoiceWhy people use it
- Your files stay with you. Statements and invoices are processed by your browser. The pages are built so that they cannot send your data anywhere, and the privacy page shows how to check that yourself.
- Every row is checked. The converter recomputes the running balance for each transaction and highlights any row that doesn't add up, so mistakes are shown instead of hidden.
- Made for Indian statements, works for US ones. It understands Dr/Cr markers, lakh-style amounts such as 1,23,456.78, day-first dates, and common US layouts.
- Free while in beta. Both tools are free to use, with no signup, no daily limit and no page limit.
Guides for your bank
Each guide explains how to download the statement from that bank and how its columns are read.
What it can't do yet
Scanned or photographed statements are not supported yet, and credit card statements have not been added. When a file can't be read reliably, the tool says so rather than guessing.
